Chris graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in English in 1992 and received his law degree from The Dickinson School Of Law in 1995. He began his career with The Law Offices Of Stephen G. Welz, P.C., in 1995 focusing on the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability. 

Chris is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association. 

In his spare time Chris enjoys golfing and he has been a volunteer assistant wrestling coach at Wyomissing Area since 1992.
